I went to a banquet with all of the Foreign Language Department teachers last night. We had a big spread of all sorts of things including Peking duck, (which I love), cicadas, oysters, and yes, the specialty of our city; DOG!
I thought it was pork barbecue. It was shredded like Jordan's! So, I ate it up noticing that it tasted a little different.
About the taste; it was OK (not that I'll eat it again) but it tasted like shredded pork barbecue dipped in vegetable oil.
